These variations are not considered faults — they are part of what makes each piece unique and special. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural differences as part of the handmade process.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email scree.ceramics@gmail.com with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
